Say goodbye to 2005, say hello to 2006. Welcome the new year with a new outfit because designers have come up with fresh ideas.

* Black suits. Black is the new black. With a hint of female rocker appeal this season. As seen on Alexander McQueen's Spring 2006 RTW.
T* 80's trends. There's still a hangover from the eighties after nearly 2 decades. This look is a reminder of the wild-child look that annoy adults because of their fashion mistakes years back. Gold and hot pink are the "it" colors for this look. As seen on Louis Vuitton Spring 2006 RTW.
* Empire waist silk-screen dresses. Promotes modesty, evokes virginal-appeal. As seen on Calvin Klein 2006 RTW.
